The content of PT Anugerah Seek Indonesia Sukses Privacy Policy is in accordance to the Electronic Information Law, Government Regulation No. 82 of 2012 regarding the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions, stipulated in Jakarta on October 12, 2012, promulgated in Jakarta on October 15, 2012 (“GR 82/2012”) and Minister of Communication and Informatics (MOCI) Regulation No. 20 of 2016 (“MOCI Regulation”) regarding Personal Data Protection in Electronic Systems, stipulated in Jakarta on November 7, 2016, promulgated in Jakarta on December 1, 2016, are jointly referred to as the Personal Data Protection Regulations.
