RETURN FOR EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Return for exchange of items:
- All transactions are Final, product refund only applies to products with manufactory defect (all expedition cost will be refunded)
- Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or with items at the same price. (all expedition cost will be charged to the customer)
- Product broke caused by delivery of the third party will be the responsibility of the expedition/ the third party (please include insurance for more protection)
- You have 7 (seven) days to return (point 1) or exchange your items (point 2)
- Exchange items will be processed after the item arrives at the specified location.
- Ā If you want to make an exchange, contact our Customer Service (+62 812-9899-7775 / info@seekindonesia.com) all exchanges are subject to availability.
- Our Customer Service will provide you with a guide instruction.
- Please make sure the product, box, and all items included in one package are exactly the same as you received with the tags still attached.
