RETURN FOR EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Return for exchange of items:

  1. All transactions are Final, product refund only applies to products with manufactory defect (all expedition cost will be refunded)
  2. Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or with items at the same price. (all expedition cost will be charged to the customer)
  3. Product broke caused by delivery of the third party will be the responsibility of the expedition/ the third party (please include insurance for more protection)
  4. You have 7 (seven) days to return (point 1) or exchange your items (point 2)
  5. Exchange items will be processed after the item arrives at the specified location.
  6. Ā If you want to make an exchange, contact our Customer Service (+62 812-9899-7775 / info@seekindonesia.com) all exchanges are subject to availability.
  7. Our Customer Service will provide you with a guide instruction.
  8. Please make sure the product, box, and all items included in one package are exactly the same as you received with the tags still attached.
