Return for exchange of items:

  1. All transactions are Final, purchased refund only applies to products with manufactory defect which we can not replace with the same products without manufactory defect. (all expedition cost will be refunded)
  2. Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or with items at the same price. (all expedition cost will be charged to the customer)
  3. Product broke caused by delivery of the third party will be the responsibility of the expedition/ the third party (please include insurance for more protection)
  4. You have 3 (three) days to return (point 1) or exchange your items (point 2)
  5. Sign in to your Seek’s account and select the order number from which you would like to return for exchange
  6. You will receive an email confirmation containing your guidance instructions
  7. Once confirmed all exchanges are subject to availability, if not, a refund can be made. Entailed with returning the delivered items to Seek’s address as follows: [Pergudangan Paku Alam, Blok B-7, Alam Sutra, Serpong Utara, Tang-Sel.] on Monday - Friday, 08:30 A.M - 05:30 P.M (except during public holiday)
  8. Please make sure the product, box and all items included in one package are exactly as you received them with the tag still attached
