Released in 1996, the innovative "AIR RIFT" was created by designer KIP BUCK, inspired by Kenyan barefoot runners. The name comes from Kenya's Rift Valley province. It features a split toe design that is reminiscent of Japanese tabi socks. Adjustable fit with hook-and-loop straps on the midfoot and heel. The bold cut-out upper design gives your feet a cool feel. In addition, the heel is equipped with an ``AIR'' unit, and the midsole is made of Phylon, making it popular for its lightweight feel.
